How will I collect clothing

TEES Community clothing bank is based in our hub at Wykeham Court community centre, North Skelton TS12  2YH. However, if you cannot come to our Hub, please contact your referral organisation as they can certainly collect items from our Hub.

We are also working on pop up shops across the region to make access to the service more accessible. This will work on the same formula and you would be invited to a shopping experience, be able to choose your own items from the rails we fill up at a local venue.

Are all items/clothing pre-loved?

No we do get new clothing, shoes and bedding. We have a very strict rule on the items we distribute that they are all clean, functional, in good condition and that we would be happy to wear the items ourselves or give to our loved ones if needed.

What do you do with unwanted items?

We sell all unacceptable clothing, shoes, bags and bedding to Beaumont’s (Rag Man) per kilo, and get a nominal amount per kilo to put back into the charity. We also sell items on e-bay and other sites to help raise money to keep us going.

Why should I donate to TCC?

All donations made to TCC stay local and are either sold to the public to raise funds for the charity or are distributed FREE of charge to anyone in need. We pride ourselves that our service is not only FREE but will be self sustainable in the future.
